The Peters Township High School Color Guard invites all 1st- 5th grade students to participate in the PT Elementary Winter Guard and all 6th-8th grade students to participate in the PT Junior Varsity Winter Guard. Additionally, 9th-12th grade students that are not currently in the PT Color Guard are invited to join the Junior Varsity Guard. No previous experience is necessary! We will focus on having fun and learning basic flag and dance skills while building hand eye coordination and team work! Instruction will be provided by the Peters Township Color Guard Director with assistance from the PTHS Color Guard. The students will learn a routine and then perform at Meatballs & Music on January 25. This is the Peters Township Music Department’s annual spaghetti dinner fundraiser that is open to the public. Additional information about the performance will be provided at a later date. This is a great opportunity for all students to become involved in the arts at Peters Township.
This clinic is a fundraiser that is sponsored by the Peters Township High School Color Guard. A $70 fee will be collected at the first practice to support our program and provide a t-shirt to students that are participating. Please bring a check made out to ‘Peters Township Music Boosters’ the first day that your child attends practice.
