Brentwood High School is located at 3601 Brownsville Rd, Pgh, PA 15227. There is parking in 3 different lots at the school and at Brentwood Park (Park Drive, Pgh, PA 15227) which is located next to the school.

Concessions, bake sale items, 50/50 tickets, and Chinese auction tickets will be sold throughout the evening. In addition, attendees can purchase air grams, bear grams, and candy grams to send to the marching band students.
