The PTMB has arranged to order 6-inch Italian Hoagies from Cibrone’s Bakery & Deli in Castle Shannon for $5/each (thank you to Chris Cibrone, a PT football Dad, for his support). If you would like more to eat, feel free to order more than one hoagie.
Please order your hoagie using the Google form by tomorrow, Tuesday, 11/21, at 8 PM. This is a hard deadline, as we need to place the hoagie order early Wednesday morning before the holiday.
Payment for hoagies can be sent via Venmo to Kim Mitchell @Kimberly-Mitchell-109, or you can give cash/check to Cari Williams, who will be at the High School for Thespian Conference Rehearsal from 6:30 – 7:30 PM today (11/20) and tomorrow (11/21). We need payments before we place the order on Wednesday morning; if these options don’t work, text Kim at 412-296-1141, and we’ll figure it out.
We would like to supplement the hoagies with chips, cookies, etc., and have extra snacks on hand for these longer trips, and created this Signup Genius form for donations. Donations can be dropped off at Madeline Huypen’s house, 102 Little John Drive, by Friday morning, Nov. 24th.
There are 24 extra seats we can offer to family members at $45/seat. These seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Here is the link to purchase a seat(s) via our e-commerce shop: https://ptmusicboosters.com/shop/product/piaa-quarter-final-charter-bus-transportation/
Anyone riding the bus must have clearances and already be on the district’s approved volunteer list. Siblings who are current PT students do not need clearances but must travel with a parent or guardian.
Please note that you will also have to purchase your own game ticket. You will not get into the game with the band. We will pass on the link to buy tickets as soon as it is available. We understand that limited parking is available near the stadium, so a seat on the bus will be an easy way to get to the game to support our undefeated team and enjoy our marching band!
