The award-winning Peters Township High School Winter Guard invites all interested 1st-5th grade students to participate in the PT Elementary Winter Guard and all 6th- 8th grade students to participate in the PT Middle School Winter Guard. No previous experience is necessary! We will focus on having fun and learning basic flag and dance skills while building hand-eye coordination and teamwork! Instruction will be provided by the Peters Township Color Guard Coordinator with assistance from the PTHS Color Guard Leadership Team. The students will learn a routine and then perform at Music & Meatballs on January 27. This is the Peters Township Music Department’s annual spaghetti dinner fundraiser that is open to the public. Additional information about the performance will be provided later. This is a great opportunity for all students to become involved in the arts at Peters Township.
This clinic is a fundraiser that is sponsored by the Peters Township High School Color Guard. A $70 fee will be collected at the first practice to support our program and provide a t-shirt to all participating elementary and middle school students. Please bring a check made out to ‘Peters Township Music Boosters’ on the first day that your child attends practice.
