This is it - the big day! Biggest fundraiser of the year! We ask that ALL PTMB MEMBERS and NON-MEMBER MUSIC parents and guardians take a minimum of one shift to make this day a success. (Other adult family members are welcome to take shifts as well - any and all help with this event is GREATLY appreciated! No clearances needed.)
VOLUNTEERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CHOOSE A SHIFT OPPOSITE YOUR STUDENT'S PERFORMANCE TIME. WE NEED BAND AND WIND SYMPHONY PARENTS TO VOLUNTEER THE FIRST SHIFT AND CHOIR AND ORCHESTRA PARENTS TO VOLUNTEER THE SECOND SHIFT!!
