Meatballs & Music Raffle Basket Assembly and Transport 2026

DETAILS:
A team of PTMB parents are needed to help assemble and organize raffle baskets. Baskets are being made and held at 106 Kathy Ann Lane, McMurray. This is a huge task so we need multiple volunteers.
Assembly dates and times:
Sunday, January 18 1pm-5pm
Saturday, January 24 10am-1pm
Sunday, January 25 1pm-5pm
Sunday, February 1 9am-4pm (two shifts)
We also need basket transportation from the address above to the high school the evening before M&M. We need volunteers able to help load, transport and unload at the high school. Please sign up and report to 106 Kathy Ann Lane, McMurray. Please have your vehicle empty and ready to load.

Friday February 6 6:30pm
