Volunteer Sign-Ups

Band Camp 2026

Event Chairs: Anne Gavorcik (chairperson) and Tanya Kotenoglou (as volunteer coordinator)

DETAILS:

1. Managing water and ice fill-ups in the Athletic Training Office.
2. Setting up Pop-up tents.
3. Supervising restroom breaks via the Language hallway (if outside) or via the Theatre hallway (if inside).
4. Assisting with any snack distribution. 
5. Supervising student lunch in the cafeteria.
