Preview show set up

• All chaperones should arrive promptly at the Middle School with your band member at the report time determined by the Band Director.
• The Band Director will provide more specific responsibilities by email prior to the event for each volunteer.  
• All volunteers will assist students and directors

Equipment Set Up - duties include unloading and loading equipment, moving podiums to the field, transporting the water for the Away Marching Band to their stands, assisting with any of the physical needs of transporting materials of the Marching Band. (must be able and willing to lift or carry 30-50 lbs.). 

Color Guard Set Up - duties include assisting color guard in transporting and setting up equipment and props needed for the performance.
