2026 TRAX Funnel Cake Booth - ALL Music Dept Members needed

DETAILS:

This is one of our most important fundraisers!  We need volunteers from all Music Classes and Departments - Orchestra, Chorus, Band, Marching Band! Join us in cooking up some Funnel Cakes at Trax Farm during their Fall Festival.  No experience is necessary...  we will train you!  

Please sign-up for a morning or afternoon hour shift!

September 19, 20

September 26, 27 (PT home band festival - parents of choir and orchestra needed for Saturday!!!)

October 3,4 

October 10, 11 (Homecoming weekend- parents of 8th graders and students not attending homecoming dance needed for Saturday!!!)

October 17, 18 

October 24, 25

 

Remember to wear any Red Shirt [Something with a PT logo, especially music-themed, would be great!].

IMPORTANT NOTE:  no students or children under 18 may volunteer or be present for this event.  

Clearances are NOT required to volunteer
