PMEA A Cappella Showcase 2026 CONCESSIONS DONATONS

The PTMB is planning to provide an ALL DAY concession stand available to students, directors, and concert attendees and we need your help! THIS IS A FUNDRAISER THAT BENEFITS ALL MUSIC STUDENTS! PLEASE consider donating to this fundraiser as all money will go directly to the PTMB, which benefits all our music departments, all music students, and trip discounts! Please remember that all registration and participation fees are being provided for your participating choir students by the district.
Direct monetary donations can be made directly to the PTMB at the Nov 11 booster meeting or email tanyah1209@gmail.com to coordinate.
Monetary donations will be used to stock our concession stands
We are also looking for item donations for our concession, bottled water and coolers filled with ICE for AM, and mid day ICE delivery
Donated items can be dropped off ahead of time at:

Coolers filled with ICE must be brought to the school on Nov 14 no later than 8:30am - coolers must be promptly picked up at the conclusion of the concert - ICE mid day delivery must be brought to the school between 4pm-5pm
